Directive 2014/60/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the return of cultural objects unlawfully removed from the territory of a Member State and amending Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012

On 15 May 2014, the European Parliament and the Council adopted Directive 2014/60/UE on the return of cultural objects unlawfully removed from the territory of a Member State. The new provisions of the Directive which is a recast of Directive 93/7/EEC and which amends Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012 on the Internal Market Information System shall apply from 19 December 2015.
